Documents typically requested include a government-issued photo ID (RG or CNH), CPF, and a recent proof of address in the account holder's name. Users must keep their registration details up to date. Any changes to address, phone number, or email must be reported to aa68 through the account settings or via support. aa68 is not responsible for communication failures resulting from outdated information.

Withdrawals should preferably be made using the same method used for the deposit. aa68 may require that funds be returned to the original payment method for compliance and fraud prevention purposes. A bet is considered confirmed and valid only once the aa68 system displays a confirmation with the corresponding reference number. Bets awaiting confirmation are not considered valid. aa68 recommends that users keep records of their bets, which are available in the account history.
If a sporting event is cancelled before it starts or before reaching the minimum playing time required for the result to be considered official, all related bets will be voided and the staked amount returned to the user's balance. For events that begin but are not completed, aa68 will follow the sport-specific rules for determining results.
Aa68 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds (technical errors resulting in values significantly above market rates). In such cases, the staked amount will be refunded in full to the user. aa68 will make every effort to correct odds errors as quickly as possible.
The cash out feature allows users to settle a bet before the event ends, receiving a partial or full value calculated in real time by the system. Cash out may not be available for all bets or at all times. aa68 reserves the right to temporarily suspend cash out during events with high odds volatility.
In accumulator (parlay) bets, all selected events must result in a win for the bet to pay out. If any event in the accumulator is canceled, it is removed from the selection and the calculation proceeds with the remaining events. Accumulators with more than 10 selections may be subject to additional rules detailed in the betting regulations.

If any of these behaviors are detected, aa68 may immediately close the account, cancel all bonus balances, hold pending withdrawals for investigation, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where applicable.

If a dispute is not resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the city of São Paulo, state of São Paulo, Brazil, waiving any other venue, however privileged it may be, for the resolution of any matters arising from these Terms and Conditions.
